It is not possible to just call "112" for emergency phone calls with satellite phone.
To reach the emergency central "SOS Alarm" and 112 with satellite phone call +46 63 107 112. Call will be routed to SOS-emergency center in Östersund which in turn will forward your call to correct SOS-center.
