Astrata Geo-Location Platform (GLP) 100i

Astrata’s GLP 100i is a compact, technologically advanced GPS tracking device with embedded antennas for GSM and GPS enclosed in a weatherproof IP67 rated form factor housing.

• Small form factor is easily concealed
• No external antennas means rapid and easy installation
• Ease of installation is also aided by the use of dedicated PDA software which analyzes all connections to the GLP and ensures that GSM and GPS reception are optimized by the unit installation location
• High speed 2 wire RS485 communications bus provides expandability for additional sensors, data devices and other options

Astrata Rapid Deployment Unit (RDU)

Astrata’s RDU is a state of the art module, which allows for self-contained, battery operated tracking units to be fixed to moving assets in a matter of seconds. Using secure magnetic mounts and anti-tamper sensors the RDU is available for all rapid tracking requirements.

The RDU is based around the Astrata GLP allowing users the full use of all hardware features within a self contained unit. Assets can then be monitored moving along expected routes, moving in and out of zones, all without the need for complex installations. The RDU can easily be swapped between vehicles and is an effective tool for numerous applications including Customs and Excise, or other scenarios where different assets need to be monitored for a limited period of time
